We have been huge fans of the Springfield Hangi Pit, not just because of the food. We also love the owners and their humility and hard work ethics. You will see why many of the community love their work also. Kerry Ashworth and her husband have been working hard over the last few years serving the community quality NZ food.
We met them a few years ago and we were amazed at how hard they worked, and never took much time off. We wanted to capture their story to inspire others who may want to get into business. Many of us from NZ come to Australia to look for opportunities. Sometimes we just turn towards our roots, and upbringing to work towards achieving our goals.
